ProCinema PC6D satellite and center channel speakers utilize the same aluminum tweeter material as our top floorstanding speakers. Aluminum is light and stiff, making it the ideal material for a driver that must move beyond 20,000 times per second to reproduce the highest frequencies we can hear. You’ll hear clean, detailed highs that produce “air” and dimension in the room.
3.25” BDSS Woofers
In the PC6D satellite and center channel speakers, the 3.25″ woofers feature our patented Balanced Double Surround System (BDSS). The dual surrounds allow for greater cone excursion, enabling the smaller ProCinema midrange woofers to produce the bass of larger drivers, while remaining an ideal size for detailed, silky-smooth midrange. Plus, their Linear Response Waveguide extends both on- and off-axis frequency response, while improving dispersion imaging.
Passive Bass Radiators
Each PC6D satellite speaker features a 3.25″ passive bass radiator (the center channel speaker has two), pressure-coupled to the BDSS woofers. This novel setup significantly increases the bass-generating surface area without increasing cabinet size. The result: small speakers that sound anything but.
Wall-Mount Keyhole for expanded placement choices
PC6D satellite speakers feature built-in keyhole mounts, enabling them to be wall-mounted with a single screw (not included).
